Trying to Lose Weight? Don't do it alone. 

Hello, I’m Georgina Naigaga (aka Coach G), certified health coach and founder of the Can-ji Support Club.  

​

Doing anything alone can be HARD. If you aren’t surrounded by people who support you and have the same goals that you do…it can be difficult to stay on track and easy to quit when the going gets tough. The good news is you don’t have to be alone on your weight loss journey.

​

Join the Can-ji Support Club and receive the knowledge, support, and accountability you need to stay on track and smash your goals! You might be thinking Join the ‘Can-what’? Can-ji (pronounced can-gee) is a word from the Hausa language spoken in African Countries such as Ghana which means ‘transformation’.

ABOUT THE CLUB

The Can-ji club is a virtual weight loss support group. It consists of online meetings, once a week lead by me, Coach G. Club members weigh themselves weekly and report their results to the coach for accountability. They are also encouraged to share their results with other club members however, this is not mandatory. Individual privacy is always respected.

 

During the online sessions, members receive group coaching as they are guided through the change process.  The sessions consist of a wellness presentation on topics ranging from mindset change, nutrition, stress, sleep, and exercise Additionally, the group discussions give members an opportunity to share their experiences which in turn helps to motivate and inspire fellow members to succeed.

Between sessions, club members interact on the private Can-ji facebook page. The Can-ji page is where members continue to share their experiences, exchange ideas and tips (i.e. healthy recipes) and support each others' efforts. 

​

Club Meetings:  Online via ZOOM. Video recordings are available for missed sessions.

Video LibraryCan-ji members gain unlimited access to a robust Wellness Video Library.  The content provides scientifically proven strategies for achieving sustainable mind + body transformation.
